At VLSI Insights, we maintain complete transparency regarding our program commitments, batch schedules, and fee structures. This Cancellation & Refund Policy details your rights and our procedures for requesting refunds or batch reschedules.

1. 7-Day Pre-Kickoff Refund Window

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you request a cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled batch orientation date or before the completion of your second live lecture session.

If you decide for any reason that the program does not fit your technical expectations during this initial window, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee (less statutory payment gateway processing fees of 2%).

2. Batch Transfer & Rescheduling Option

If unexpected professional or academic obligations prevent you from attending your enrolled cohort, you may request a one-time free batch transfer to the subsequent cohort (valid for up to 6 months). Simply notify our admissions team at info@vlsiinsights.com at least 48 hours prior to live sessions.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after more than 14 days from the batch kickoff date or after attending 3 or more live mentoring sessions.
• Accounts where personal EDA software licenses, QuestaSim dedicated credentials, or downloadable proprietary source repositories have already been issued.
• Disciplinary terminations resulting from violations of intellectual property terms or unauthorized resource sharing.

Once your refund request is received and verified by our finance team, it will be approved within 2 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank's clearing cycle.
