All course fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment capture and authorization. You will receive an official tax invoice and batch onboarding details via email.

All courseware, code repositories, testbench architectures, Verilog modules, lecture recordings, diagrams, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of VLSI Insights. No materials may be copied, redistributed, screen-recorded, published, or repackaged without prior written authorization.
While VLSI Insights provides comprehensive career acceleration, mock interviews, and resume mentorship with leading semiconductor employers, we do not guarantee specific placement packages or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions remain at the sole discretion of partner companies.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
